    If you want to Coach with AMLA, the Coaching Application is located here for downloading. As well, if you haven't had a new CRC (Police Check) done within the last 12 months, that is required before you will be allowed to work with a team. This letter goes to the OPP to get your CRC done as part of AMLA. If you were involved with AMLA in 2025 and you had a CRC or a Declaration completed last year, this year you can complete a Declaration again instead of having a full CRC.

    Coaches Application for 2026
    This is the application form needed to apply to coach with AMLA in 2026. Forms must be completed fully in order to be considered. Due date for applications for 2026 is November 30, 2025. After the deadline, applicants who applied on time will be interviewed for positions as needed.
